I developed this elegance cognac from selected eaux-de-vie for their finesse and refinement. Some of these eaux-de-vie come from "Dame Jeann"e or very old barrels "Du Chai Du Foundateur" of  HENNESSY. Its heady and subtle style is carried by a slight hint of spices mixing with aromas of honey and dried flowers. On the palate, velvety and harmonious perception continues with his great and good persistence. ~Yann Fillioux~
